Ground rods are already in, near the pole breaker box and one next to the heat tube. Thanks for the reminder. I am a bit of a grounding fanatic. 

Speaking of that, I think Wisconsin's electric code keeping the white and ground wires separate all the way back to the meter will also help the stray voltage problem.
