Southern IA | yep, not the right frame of mind to be swinging around that kind of investment, better get some moved out, either a custom lot or market them early and take your lumps on the green finish, and start reworking the lots or slowly start the construction process, even the floors for a few garvo barns with the roofs coming later would get them on concrete and could be filled fairly tight, unfortunately with the current situation you probably wouldn't locate it exactly where you'd like it and that is something you'll live with forever. $800,000 is enough to sink the ship if we get into a few years of tough sailing, BSE type event, export issues, feed costs. | |
