| Good comments. It seems like academia wants to define their position as 'smartest guys in the room' by suggesting everyone else is stupid. Some how we were tricked by some huckster into growing corn and just can't get our hayseed heads to see the folly in it. Or, could it be, as you pointed out, it works - multiple uses, it flows, it stores, it transports. Sometimes there are valid reasons why lots and lots of people do something and continue to do it. | |
