It would be very hard to manage this and a off farm job because you have to almost manage it like a dairy herd without the milking . herd health + machinery+ fuel cost + labor + mud can be challenging ,but all the by products out there and all the products we leave out in the field could be very fullfilling to see them made into steaks and burgers ! also you already have the feed wagon ,and the feed lot and 200 acres of crop land to make this work very well , just need a little encouragement to hopefully financially succede in a crewl competitive world .
