SE IL | I don't mind leftovers at all, but since I'm only eating one meal a day, 3-4 nights of one pan of hamburger helper was a bit much.
My cooking repertoire is limited, as is my tastes, so I definitely will be trying to increase both. I think I can become friends with a crockpot, and knowing I can freeze some leftovers and dole them out over time helps too.
