I'm gonna have to give some of those a try.
Personally, I find it doesn't take all that much time. The trick is to cook lots, more than you will eat in one meal. That way you can have leftovers for a day or two, and freeze meal size portions of it for the busy times. Or you can just freeze any extra that you don't eat when you make it.
