The whole farm program thing is fubar at this time, except for insurance, inmho.
Haha, I love it. What farmer would ever say the insurance part of the farm bill is fubar when a very high percentage of farmers will be collecting 6 and 7 figure insurance checks this year! Everyone wants to claim they believe in capitalism until the social programs become available to them, then they can justify just about anything. I think the people are as fubar as the system is.
