Depending on the situation I have known jobs to be worked on all weekend to get a machine up and running. Been there myself more times than I care to remember. As for the difference in trades, I can't give a good reason as I don't get involved in that, But the thing I don't understand is ALL and I mean ALL deals and valuations are done at the corporate office, not in the salesmans office.
