Subject: A few points......

On the service work: New Holland sticks it to them. Beside the point as they knew this when they sold you the tractor. However, people being human, see what you can do to speed things up. A tractor at the shop gets done faster than one in the field. Kind of a location, location, location thing. Just simpler to handle if it is at the shop. Ask them to order the cyn. and call when it comes in. Drive down and have it changed while you wait. You say it is only a few miles??

I don't understand the third valve issue unless they know something about the quality of the valve. Maybe they know it causes a lot of trouble? Don't know.
