Alberta Canada | Our Deere and CIH dealers that are 30min away are great to deal with, had a few problems with the shop manager the other yr but he is no longer there now. The CIH dealer that is 45min away is just plain rude, we were in there in spring looking at some used combines one that was a possibility was a 2388 and it had been there for the last 8months, we spent over 1hr with the sales manager going over the combine and kinda dealing on it, we asked for his best cash price and he said he would call use the next day. The next day came around and no call, 4 days later he calls and says the combine was just sold. We cancelled our new small sq baler with them that same phone call. | |
