re brazil corn few days ago price fob vsl brazil port was 5.84 dlrs bu. add frt to wilmington and you are in biz.am retired so dont know all frt rates to back off to midwest for comparison.but i did spend 21 yrs with a multi national commodity company.in the national yield gets below 140 bu we will be in a situation that needs to reduce demand over one billion bu.
