I don't know if this really needs to be explained but here it goes, even if the USDA says we have eleventy million gagillion bushels here but Brazil can bring in cheaper corn, then the Chicken feeders or who ever will buy it cheaper. Make sence? So it doesn't matter what the USDA says the pocketbook says buy your corn from the cheapest suppilier. Which may or may not be South America.
