Northern Illinois | My 6.7 is 1 year old this week. 38K with no problems. Traded a 05 6.0 in on it ...very disappointing truck. Drove a 6.4 with fuel tank and tools 10.5. 6.7 I get 15.5. I was going to trade 6.4 because of poor fuel mileage but traded 05 first a POS and second the wheel wells and cab corners were rotting out. Dealer kept calling wondering what we did with the 08. He mentioned a Ford 2000 private cash voucher. Then ford raised the trade assistance to 1500. he located us a 11 250 lariat. Discount and rebates were 13500 on this truck and he showed us 19K hard money for this 6.4 on trade with 127K on it and was going to need a set of 18" tires. Needless to say if I needed a truck I would never find a deal like this. Anyway couldn't get rid of it quick enough. This one doesn't haul much..16.5mpg. 14k miles. We had a issue with the fuel filter when we changed it....read the book first. | |
