SE SD | We went from 2 dodge diesels and 1 duramax and a 6.4 ford to 2 f350s 6.7 and 1 f250 6.7 and still the duramax. the only reason we still have the duramax is because one of the hired hands hit a deer and it has a damage disclosure with only 17k miles on it otherwise we would have 4 6.7 fords. The fuel economy and the toughness of them is great. Dont get me wrong i didnt mind the dodges just a rough and uncomfortable ride and a bad front end. The duramax is second on my choice a good ride and pretty tough and a great tranny. The fords are awesome, our 3 are all lariets with heated and cooled seats.The dodge guys that help us still swear up and down that the dodge is the best but the dealer called the other day to ask me a ? and he said one of our die hard dodge hired hands was in trying to trade his dodge on a ford.Dont get me wrong I think all 3 brands are good but from experience this is how I would rate them. | |
