Blooming where I am planted!

I've canned chicken in those tiny little half-size jelly jars.  Great for taking out and mixing with veggies and pasta...or mix with mayo to make chicken salad...or serve just like that over a green salad.  Those tiny jars are great for taking along to work.  When I worked in downtown Chicago, I'd always keep a couple in my desk drawer in case I didn't like anything in the cafeteria, or didn't have time to leave my desk for lunch.  Boy am I glad those days are over!!!
