Subject: Canning meat (chicken)


Centralia, MO
How do you go about canning chicken? Neighbor said to boil the meat first using plenty of water, pour about half the jar full of the "broth" and finish out with the chicken meat. Can for 90 minutes @ 10 lbs. Any thoughts or comments? TIA, Jeff
