Agree with DVR. We buy breasts when they are cheap and can them. Cut them into 1" cubes, pack tightly into jars (I use pints, gets right at 1 lb of meat). If memory serves, it's 1" headspace. No added broth/water. You could season if you want. Pints are 75 min, qts are 90. I also can beef roasts as well when they are cheap. Great for adding to chili, beef stew or making beef and noodles.
