Near-north Ontario, French River | I suspect its a territorial thing LOL. Some, not all, women claim the 'home" as their domain and any perceived effort by the male in the marriage to take over some of the household duties is viewed in a negative light. Me thinks they perceive hubby doing some of the work as a vote of non confidence. That may manifest itself if arguments over how things should be done, where things get placed/arranged etc etc. Most guys don't really care if the pillows are placed a certain way on the bed, or that paper is folded and put in its 'proper' place but for some reason some , again not all, women can be very anal about such things . Its Venus and Mars thing. |
