I am in the camp of she is not my mother so I am not getting her anything. She either gets over it or doesn't. I try to treat her good every day and I think she figures that is better than the flowers etc. It is our money any way so whatever I get her she would have paid for just the same as me. Fortunately her first husband set the bar pretty low!
