A cow can be very protective of her calf against anything that would harm it and be smart enough to know that humans aren't a threat.I've had many cows who would've attacked a coyote PDQ that had no problem with my dogs walking thru the pens,smart enough to know the dogs were protecting their calves.It's just not necessary to keep the phsycos around.
