Western Iowa Manning
West Central about half way between Des Moines and Omaha about 25 miles North of I-80 or about 12 south of Highway 30. We usually sell our bred heifers in November and I like to have the next years replacements bought before that. We also keep and breed the top end of our own calf crop. That time of year we are pretty stocked up an good heifers. Also we just sold off some of the heifers from our breeding pen that didn't make the cut they weighed 780# and brought $1.48. Our girls will weigh 800# or better at breeding and close to 1100# in November when we market them. We always welcome visitors.
