Baldwin City, KS | I generally have just gotten a Wilmar buggy from the elevator when we put on the urea, then try and avoid any wind at all if possible. Would there probably be enough of a yield advantage by more uniform application to justify hiring someone with an Airmax to put the urea on? Might cost another $6 per acre and could be issues with timeliness if they are really busy. I have always liked to do it myself because I can't stand being in suspense waiting on the Coop. | |
