I'm not in Kansas, but I second briggsfm's reply. Dont use flat fans with the liquid and check locally for reports of injury using herbicides with N in the spring.
I 100% agree with briggsfm on the Needham consult. If you buy some streamers from Phil, he may throw in one of his books. If so, read it. You wont be disappointed. He now has 3 books advertised.
