Our ICF basement, before it was backfilled, had a a thick expensive tar-goo type plastic adhesive applied to it..... Haven't noticed any rodent issues after 3.5 years.

The waterproof membrane and above grade, it's generally has stone/brick or some type of finishing.
Lots of improvements / experences since the first ICF's hit the market . . . . .
The problems Dave has/had - would not be an issue today . . . . . . . . |
