western mn | Im sittin in mine right now, ICF from top to bottom... Harder to hang a picture, but easy to heat and cool... Spendier, but quiet and safer... ours is 36x60 with a 36 foot attached garage, built on the old drive through barn location, so the basement with big windows doesnt feel like a basement... I would make the garage 15 feet longer if i did it again, otherwise its a good way to go... Garage walls are ICF too, cept for the front wall with the doors... Case we want to change it.... | |
