We used them 11 years ago, three stories. While there are some challenges, like wiring and window extensions with the thicker walls, I would do it again. Have been very happy. Pests can be an issue, rodents and birds can be hard on the foam. Foam needs to be protected, including from sunlight. Very quiet and solid. Do have to pay attention to details when forming, but doesn't it always with concrete? Long linear walls will need to have an offset in them to strengthen them, buttresses will also work. I would do a few things a little different to ease some things if I were to do it again. Family did the bulk of the work, contractors tend to freak out, and get confused with new practices.
