If you are good, the work will come to you.

Interesting story. Worked for one of my friends dad in high school alot. Friend wasn't the most ambitious when it came to farm work. Always sleeping in, leaving early, finding excuses not to work. Played video games and computer stuff A LOT. He and his dad would butt heads about this all the time. Son thought the Dad was a workaholic and expected way to much (which wasn't true) and Dad thought Son was worthless (not true either). Eventually, Son ended up working for a guy from the same small town, but both were living in a college town now, doing what else, but computer repair. And he is darn good at it.

I wouldn't say todays generation is any less capable or more lazy, just different things motivate most young people these days.
