A big turnoff for me is all these requests for bond money to replace older buildings always bring up the needed repairs that will cost tremendous amounts of money to fix.  At that point it is time to fire the administraters and hire new personel that will perform normal maintence that all buildings and equipment need. School districts all across the nation are well know to avoid spending money on maintence so that they can pad their saleries and build up their sports facilities. Just like the old tractor, failture to spend 3.00 on a quart of oil can wind up costing thousands of dollars and the adminstrators are never held accountable. JMHO
