| I farm in SE North Dakota 30 miles from the SD border and 85 miles from the Minnesota border I have average land there is better and poorer land around and last year growing 90-95 day corn I averaged 165 BPA on corn, that was 16-17% moisture when I harvested it, simply put there is nothing else legal that I can raise where I farm that will net that kinda of dollars per acre oh and rent compaired to yeild to pretty cheap here also basically 100-120 is about the top they have gotten a little higher this year but not a lot.
