E.Central MN | I agree with you on this one. I don't see how a court can look the other way when fraud on such a massive scale was committed. Some of the mortgage originators and bundlers need to spend some time in prison. They could share a cell with the rating agency scumbags. Maybe the courts should claw back some of the money from the bonuses given to the bank execs, too. Maybe then they'd take their fiduciary responsibiltiy more seriously the next time they saw a market that looked too good to be true. | |
