| Banks wont pay------it will be taxpayers again---either thru bailouts or thru money poured into FDIC......or in a few ticks of higher int. paid on loans, or a few ticks lower on cd's as they pass costs along.
FDIC Ins. another product of the 30's---via FDIC Ins. we've turned runs on Indiv. banks to a run on the entire economic system..... Indiv. depositors didnt perceive risk anymore and did not do due diligence beause of FDIC Ins.
