Only have to level initally once, over the years there can be some touch ups, but the big cost is the first time. We do it here because we can irrigate and take out crop loss during drought. Brad here looks to have high sandy soild here, so he probably has taken out drought and flood issues. We can do it here economically because the ground here in the delta is relatively flat, and we have high water table to ecomonically pump the water. Now the ground is perfectly drained and can irrigate.
