You need to walk in both parties shoes to see the big picture. The guy selling the ground needs to maximize his profits in order to meet his needs, The buyer needs to roll cash from their sale to minimize their tax obligations.

Yes it's not right to the little farmer, but in all defence. That same little farmer lives in a free country where he can make as much money as his is willing to do. Depending on the risk he wants to take to make it. That's whats great about a free county.

I don't like what is happening with these big just getting bigger. But They took the risks, they should the money if they earned it that way. You can't begrudge somebody for being smarter than you or I.
