Cow calf producer up here in CND. Most just laugh at the US testing for bse when they arent finding any just because they dont test the higest risk catagories. We had lots of producer pressure to go 100% testing for bse up here but govt and ur govt didnt want it to happen.
Why would USDA Fight this?
