southern MN | I always get 27/29 mixed, sigh.
Flags appeared last fall, running to the west, in the southern road ditch. Looked like a big project, couple miles, not just a crossimg, then the rains hit & nothing happened. Thought I saw the flags reappear this spring. Maybe was a smaller deal than it looked & not much came from it, eyond marking.
Yea, New Ulm figured out they could locate their junk outside the city limits, so those who elect them benifit without the problems; and those who get the problems can't vote anyone out over it. Pretty slick. Makes me want to go shop in Mankato....
