southern MN | That looked pretty impressive going under county 27 there.
What's with all the flags along 27 for miles, is that related to the new substation going in?
My problem is dad put the main lines in back 50 years ago, we have the ditch going through our property. The neighbors all didn't want to pay for that new stuff back 50 years ago, just had 6 inch lines into their property.
But now they keep hooking on more & more branches, pretty much flooding me out, my low water doesn't go away until their whole farms are drained away.
