Saskatchewan | Why would you even let this go to insurance, pay him for his supposed lost fertilizer(probably have to pay both neighbours). I can't imagine having an insurance claim against you and the possibility of higher rates and paying a deductible is worth the trouble of a bill probably a lot less than a grand. At the most I would guess he lost $5-$20/acre in fertilizer, but there is probably some research done that can tell you exactly how much. | |
