| Just some math for you all:
If an Acre Furrow Slice is defined to have 24394 cubic yards of material in the top 6.7 inches then in the top 1/16 on an inch would be about 228 cubic yards. A good number of how much it cost to buy topsoil (by the yard) is 15$ a yard delivered. So 15$ x 228 = $3,420 to buy 1/16 of an inch / acre of topsoil. Here is the math, you can decide how you would spread it, haha. | |
