The P and K as well as many micros will remain in the ash. As long as the ash stays put and doesn't blow away you will retain that. The N and S will go up in the fire. You only way to determine how much N is lost is by knowing how much residue there is. Corn residue is typically 1% nitrogen. And of course you will lose the organic matter.
