Plant. When it gets dry here I push as hard as I can. Seed in the ground before a rain comes up much better than stuff you mud in later because it rained and you are behind. I know guys that stop planting and then complain it is too wet. As long as you can get the seed in the ground at the depth you want you will be alright. If it never rains what difference did it make.
