Just to chime in about the sulfur thing, in MN the university says that their soil S test cannot determine how much you need to apply to get a response due to the mobility of S in the soil. They do recommend that you apply 25 lbs per acre on light soils. They say the difference is that now that all of the coal power plants have cleaned their exhaust to stop sulfur dioxide release that our crops are no longer getting enough S
