Yes. There is plenty of chloride in US soil to mee that 45 PPM.

Potassium chloride is not potassium in itself.

The enhancement of mycorrhizal fungi with chloride has been debated. It is not a fact.

I almost changed chlorine to chloride in my post but thought I would stay with the orginal post. The difference in general speaking doesn't make a difference to most readers.
