There has been trouble in the past with JD equipment (not only JD) using the resolution of the position (amount of decimal places) that some Trimble receivers output. Hence the reason why you can change this in the EZ 500 with newer software.
If I'm following this correctly, an EZ-500 might work in such a situation by changing the number of decimal places?
If this is necessary and does work, it would seem like using the 332 would not be a workable solution (can't change the number of decimal places). This might explain why the system did not seem to work under WAAS either.
