I've got a farm that has been in corn for three yrs. and I put 2 tons acre of poultry manure on it last yr. Don't think the corn got much use of it cause it did'nt do what I was expecting. Going in with beans this yr. and I hope they are awesome like you talk about, I need some. Do you think the poultry litter will be there and be beneficial to the bean crop? I too think that getting beans in early is key around here, it gets real hot in late july and august. I think inoculant is a no brainer for no more than it cost. Weed control is probably at the top of the list, if you can't keep the weeds out then goodbye yield( don't ask how I know this, I just do). my 2cts.
