South Australia | I take it then you buy the task controller you have to buy farmworks or sms software to use it. Strange, you would think that it would come with software similar to John Deeres JDoffice that allows you to create prescription maps.
Surely trimble/cnh will develop the field manager to replace the flex-control monitor and allow for prescription mapping without a task controller. If they don't how will they stand up against Greenstar 2 which controls JD aircarts and does perscription mapping?
I don't think its flex-control that causes the limitation of controlling only one tank, as the KEE Zynx has the ability to plug into the diagnostic port on the CANbus system and do perscription mapping on all three tanks. Although i have heard of problems with this system, such as losing your warranty on your aircarts electrical system. Surely CNH will have to develop a trimble based solution! | |
