Farmington IL | We have sprayed headline for the past several years on select fields and varieties. We have seen yield increase but no what I call huge. Pays for itself but that is about it on the average. What I have seen is MUCH improved plant health. Better quality stalks can be important. This is not the first time our corn has been much heavier than the corn of neighbors. Elevator says its the heaviest corn they have seen at 57lbs. We will continue to use it where we feel it will do some good. The product works for us, high yield environments with continuous corn, but being selective on where you apply it makes a difference on return on investment. | |
