That is the kind of service that makes things work, and makes a dealer or other service provider an asset to the industry. It also tends to lead to success for the business. Closing the doors @ 5 during a delayed harvest, on the other hand, is a completely different thing, and that seems to be what some want to advocate here in this thread. If the dealer chooses that route, he will become unnecessary in time as everyone learns to fend for themselves. Just because Kyle wants to take off on Saturday or Sunday or Thursday morning or whenever, does not mean the business should just close down. There are others working there. Someone should be scheduled on duty. If a particular person doesn't want a particular time slot, that's for managment to figure out. If no one is willing to work when the store needs to be opened, it sounds like there needs to be some new blood brought in and perhaps some dead wood could have their time freed up.
