North Central Oklahoma		I use both on weekends and during the week. But if your independent has hydraulic hose fittings and the dealer doesn't, who are you going to use? That is not an unreal scenario in our local. Our dealer has hardly any hydraulic fittings. My independent has to give good service or else he wouldn't be in buisness. If my Deere dealer provided the same all of these years, there wouldn't have been opprotunity for the independent to spring up a new buisness. Our Deere dealer ownership isn't worried about individual service. For other producers to visit nicely to the owner about problems and needs has fell on a deaf ear. His attitude has plainy been where else are you going to go.

My gripe isn't an extra charge. My gripe is not having anybody available during one of the busiest week ends of the year period.

You should go back and read my original post and not be so thin skinned. Like I said I believe our situation is probably the exception to everyone else.
