N AL		I have dirven 4 hours to get a part when needed in a pinch. If I truly needed a part I would gladly pay a $25 surcharge to get it and be thankful to have it. It cost to have someone available at your beck and call. The customer will pay for it one way or another. Either you pay for it up front in the cost of the equipment or you pay later when you need help. Nothing in this world is free and yes I know you paid alot for the equipment, but do you want  round the clock parts service available? I'm sure in can be arranged if you are willing to pay for it. I had a dealer this week help me indentify a part so I could use a of the shelf part from the local auto parts store. Cost him a sale. I am grateful and will remember it.
