I too, think that low carb does not need to be keto or carnivore. I would say most days I eat less than 100 grams of carbohydrate. Not the level of a keto diet, but certainly a diet that does not include sugary drinks, glazed donuts, candy bars, chips, etc. I think there is value in fruits and vegetables and whole grains- some vitamins/minerals and fiber that you don't find in keto or carnivore diets. I enjoy eating meat and protein foods. I like nuts. I do not like pork rinds! | |
